Certified Instructor (CI) Job
CMMC Licensed Instructor (LI) Full-Time Employment and 1099 Contractor Opportunities
As a CMMC-AB Approved Licensed Training Provider (LTP) we are preparing for the significant demand for Certified Professional (CP) and Certified Assessor (CA1, CA3, CA5) training.
We have partnered with industry-leading CMMC-AB Approved Licensed Partner Publishers (LPPs) to ensure a variety of best-in-class training course options.
As such, we are accepting resumes for:
-
Full-time employment (FTE) salaried Cyber Security Consultants to serve as CMMC Licensed Instructors; and
-
1099 contract CMMC Licensed Instructors.
Although the final educational and experiential requirements for CMMC Certified Instructors (CI) have not been finalized, we are anticipating the following minimum qualifications for Cyber Security Consultant (CI) candidates:

Ten (10) years conducting information security and/or information technology organizational assessments based on industry standards; and
-
Two (2) years instructor/teacher experience.
In addition to the above, qualified candidates must have one or more of the following:

CSFP
-
CISSP
-
CISA
-
CISM
-
CRISC
-
Experience with and/or a certification for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) would be highly valuable.
1099 contract CMMC Certified Instructors are able to select from one of the following compensation plans:

Per Instructor Day Rate; or
-
Revenue Sharing

In addition to delivering CMMC-related training, Cyber Security Consultants should expect to be assigned other work assignments and deliver non-CMMC training, as necessary.

Please note, a prerequisite to hiring is the candidate must have evidence from the CMMC-AB stating the candidate is qualified to become a CMMC-AB Certified Instructor or has already obtained the CI qualification.
